We wanted to upgrade to a detached from a townhome and change the location. We were looking for a real estate representative who demonstrates honesty, professionalism and hard work. They did not rush us for decision-making. However, set out realistic expectations to make timely decisions. A buyer might think given that the buyer does not pay a commission for the purchase, the real estate representative is only a bureaucratic requirement. I did one regretful real estate deal due to improper guidance from a previous real estate representative. Though ultimately the decision was mine, the previous real estate representative did not alert me of the obvious pitfalls in that deal, and in fact when I had a few doubts I was convinced to ignore the doubts. Therefore, this time I was very careful in choosing the real estate representative for the most important and expensive purchase. I can say that Ken & Jackie are not interested in just the commissions like some real estate representatives, but will look out for you. My advice is not to rush into selecting the real estate representative and offer an opportunity for Ken & Jackie to meet you.
